As one of Denmark’s largest liquid waste treatment providers, we offer advanced treatment technologies through our BAT (Best Available Technology) approved facilities. Our extensive industry experience, combined with in-depth knowledge of hazardous waste, documentation, and legislation, ensures expert guidance and proper treatment.
Once treated, the purified wastewater is discharged to municipal treatment plants in accordance with our strict discharge permits and environmental regulations. Any residual waste is delivered to approved final receivers.

Treatment methods
You always get the best possible treatment and/or recycling of your wastewater with us. All our facilities use BAT (Best Available Technology).
We operate Denmark’s largest chemical-mechanical facility with bioprocesses. Across our sites, we apply methods such as: ultrafiltration, evaporation and chemical-mechanical belt filtration Inddampning er en meget sikker behandlingsmetode til svært forurenet spildevand, hvor tungmetaller, giftige stoffer og sedimentrester fanges i slammet, som efterfølgende afbrændes. Focusing on circular solutions and recycling
Upcycled oil
Sustainability is at the core of Nordic Oily Waste. Our methods and licenses allow us to recover oil for new purposes. During treatment, water and contaminants are separated from the oil. The oil is then upcycled into “cleaned fuel oil,” making it a sustainable alternative to new raw materials.

Energy optimization and circular solutions
All our facilities use BAT technology, and we continuously work to improve and optimize both processes and energy use.
We not only optimize the treatment process itself but also repurpose the energy generated - such as heat. For example, in Aarhus, we collaborate with Kredsløb to convert excess heat into green, CO2-neutral heating for the local community. Kredsløb.
