Delivery by Ship or Truck
At our Copenhagen facility, you can deliver your liquid waste either by ship directly at the quay or by truck. We are equipped with reception facilities for vacuum trucks, allowing for fast and efficient offloading. These flexible delivery options ensure quick, cost-effective operations for our customers.
Waste Types - Based on your wastewater
Unlike our other facilities, the Copenhagen plant does not rely on EWC codes for treatment eligibility. Instead, we accept waste types that we can document our ability to treat. This means that each case is assessed based on an analysis of your specific waste stream. As a result, we are able to handle a wide range of waste fractions and are always ready to assist with complex or special wastewater types.
Examples of waste we receive:
- Oil separators
- Oil/water mixtures
- Liquid waste from the paint industry
- Liquid waste from the petrochemical industry
- A broad range of industrial wastewater
- Wash water
- Process water
- Liquid waste from the offshore industry
- Slop water
Treatment methods
Our cutting-edge treatment plant utilizes BAT (Best Available Technology), ensuring safe and compliant treatment of hazardous liquid waste. The Copenhagen facility hosts Denmark’s largest chemical-mechanical treatment plant, offering a combination of belt filtration and biological processes. This method enables us to efficiently treat a wide range of waste fractions.
The treated wastewater is discharged to municipal treatment facilities in full compliance with strict discharge permits and legal requirements. Any residual materials are sent to an approved recipient for final disposal. Read more about our treatment here.
